CCSL Goals
- Seek leadership support to become a Hispanic Serving Institution
- Create development opportunities for current Latino Employees for career advancement
- Develop meaningful goals and benchmarks for all colleges/departments in terms of Latino faculty hire and promotion as well as academic professionals and civil service
- Create funding support for all Latino Students (including undocumented)
- Continue to support current Latino-serving programs as well as those whom are federal funded and increase the need for financial support for these successful programs
