U.S. Department of Health & Human Services site. Click on the category of "Administrative Simplification in the Health Care Industry" under "Frequently Asked" at the top of the page. This will take you to a site which contains info on transactions (including CMS Model Compliance Extension Plan), FAQs on Administrative Simplification Compliance Act, Data Standards, info on privacy standards, a link to subscribe to "HIPAA-REGS List", a link to HIPAA Implementation Guides, etc.
