CINAHL
Cumulative Index of Nursing and Allied Health Literature
EMBASE--Excerpta Medica Database
A biomedical literature database, sometimes referred to as the "European MEDLINE." A small percentage of journals indexed in EMBASE are not searchable elsewhere.
Health and Psychosocial Instruments (HaPI)
A database of article citations for research conducted using various tests and measurements. Limit to "BMDS availability" to retrieve instruments available for sale from the publisher of the database.

Search for books and journals in the library collection using UICCAT, the library catalog.
- Some subjects to search for are Hispanic Americans, Cultural Diversity, Minority Groups, and Ethnic Groups.
- Enter the term in the search box, select "subject" in the "search by" menu, and click on "search".
- When UICCAT gives you a list of subject headings, be sure to select the heading for which "Medical subject headings" is the heading type.
