various databases (CINAHL, Current Contents, PubMed, ScienceDirect,

do and what products are available. Learn how to download citations
from Ovid, PubMed, WebofScience, Google Scholar, and others into one
of 3 popular bibliographic management software programs: Reference Manager,
Endnote, or RefWorks. Creating Bibliographies in Word using the software
will also be demonstrated..

to keep abreast of information in your field? What's RSS and is it something
you should know? Creative individuals are constantly developing new
resources that can help you keep current in your field, but merely learning
about them can be a time consuming task. No more. Come attend this class
and discover how news aggregators, when used with RSS (Real Simple Syndication
or Rich Site Summary) feeds, can pull content from multiple Web sites
into a single locationsaving you time and effort. RSS feeds can
be found on many common news, journal, and weblog sites. Set up a free
news aggregator account, search for feeds of interest, and let the information
come to you.
