Library of the Health Sciences - RockfordInterlibrary LoanInterlibrary Loan (ILL) is available to UIC faculty, staff and current students, who need books or articles that are not available through Crawford Library in Rockford. Request an article:
• Locate the article citation in one of the UIC Databases Request a book:
• If not available, Check I-Share, the online catalog for Illinois Academic Libraries • Once the Item is found, click “request” and follow the instructions • If you cannot find your item in either of these catalogs, go to the LHS Electronic Gateway page or the Rockford Home Page and click on “ILL” on the left side of the page • Choose Library of the Health Sciences Rockford • Access your ILLiad account, or click on “first time user” and follow the directions • Fill in the requested information for the item, and click on “Submit request” • You will be notified via UIC email when your request arrives.
