Reserve Materials Policy

• Reserve materials can be checked out for 3 hours
• Reserve materials may be taken out overnight when checked out within three hours
  of closing, however, the materials are due back one hour after opening the next day
• Renewals are allowed unless the item is recalled by another patron
• Renewals may be restricted for high demand items
• Phone and e-mail renewals are permitted only for UI faculty, students, and staff
• Please note that some reserve materials are designated "Library Use Only"

Item Locations

• Most items are on reserve and must be requested at the circulation desk
• If there is a call number listed under the item, then a copy is shelved
  in the bookstacks on the second floor of the library
• Multiple copies are found in reserves unless labeled "stacks"
