Item Not Found

Complete this form to request that a search be made for an item which a UIC collection owns, but which is not found on the shelves even though not checked out; and that, if found, the item be held for you to pick up. The time needed to search for an item will vary according to location, but most searches are completed within two weeks.

You will be notified of the results of the search, and of the location where it is available, if the item is found. This form may be used for both books and journals.
