Fines and Lost Item Charges
Overdue or lost material will be billed according to
the following schedule:

No fines are assessed for days on which the Daley Library is closed.
Lost materials: Any item overdue for more than 39 days is considered
lost. The charge for lost material includes the standard replacement cost
for the item, any applicable fine, and a processing charge of $25.00 per
item. The replacement cost will be refunded if the item is returned;
fines and processing charges are not refundable.
