RefWorks is a Web-based bibliography
and database manager that allows you to create your own personal database
by importing references from online databases or by
typing in the information. You can use these references in writing papers
and, in seconds, automatically format your paper's references and the bibliography
to the correct journal format (e.g., APA, MLA, JAMA). |

|

|
qUICsearch is
a Web-based search engine that allows you to select from over 150 databases
to which the UIC Library subscribes and execute a single search across
all the files you choose (or a specific discipline where librarians have selected databases). Many of the databases offer access to fulltext
articles so that qUICsearch provides a one-stop approach to writing a research
paper. For more information, see our previous news story. |
