CollegeSource Online

The UIC Library now has CollegeSource Online available to faculty, students, and staff. This electronic database includes cover-to-cover, original page format college catalogs of 2-year, 4-year, graduate, and professional schools in the United States. Each entry has hyperlinked table of contents and index, permits full downloading of information, and is updated weekly. In CollegeSource Online you can find colleges by major, tuition, state, enrollment, degrees, or affiliation. In addition, there are profiles for every accredited college in the U.S. along with links to their home pages, career information, and financial aid.

CollegeSource Online can be found at http://www.collegesource.org . College catalogs are included from 1994 to the present. The UIC Library formerly received this as a microfiche resource. The microfiche is no longer being published.

Library-News is an electronic newsletter reporting on major acquisitions in the UIC Library, news of changes in the library that may impact on service, and news of newly acquired electronic resources.
