The University Library is pleased to announce the availability of several new microform collections:
County and Regional Histories and Atlases: Illinois--Collection of titles that includes tables and lists of vital statistics, military service records, municipal and county officers, chronologies, personality profiles, and views of urban and rural life. Daley Library (Main Library).Rehabilitation and Handicapped Literature, 1950-1987--Collection of some 1,500 full-text items assembled by the National Rehabilitation Information Center (NARIC), containing information on every aspect of physical and mental rehabilitation including physical disabilities/behavioral disorders, rehabilitation professionals and techniques, and rehabilitation facilities and educational programs. Salem Witchcraft--Collection of over 60 full-text works covering histories and interpretations of witchcraft occurrences in New England from 1648 through the early 20th century gleaned from the Salem Village Witchcraft Collection maintained by the Danvers Archival Center in Massachusetts. Voices of the Women's Movement, 1850-1900--Collection of material from Helen Blackburn's personal archive, including pamphlets from around the world, covering the significant aspects of women's lives, offering materials on women's education and employment, temperance, suffrage, and women's domestic and social duties.
