New UICCAT

On December 13, 2001, the University Library announced a forthcoming new look to UICCAT. That new look appeared on Thursday, December 20, 2001. There was no transition. Your bookmarks will point to the new catalog. You will not be able to use the old catalog..

The new catalog:

Looks and feels different.

Has lots of different features

Is designed as a web-based system

Is no longer run by ACCC (However, the operators at ACCC will continue to answer network or system availability questions for users.)

For questions and answers about UICCAT, use the buttons on the UICCAT webpage or direct questions to lib-sugg@uic.edu . Classes will be offered for those who would like to learn about the new features of the new UICCAT.
