This tutorial, always accessible from the blue Features Bar on the left-hand side of PubMed, gives a comprehensive, interactive overview of all of PubMed's functions, covering much more than was covered in the Introduction to PubMed in your clinic. I highly recommend you take the entire tutorial when you find time.
