Call for Presentations at the Coming CALA Midwest Conference

Dear CALA Midwest Chapter Members:

The Chinese American Librarians Association-Midwest Chapter is going to hold its annual conference at Cleveland Public Library, Ohio, on May 6, 2006.

The theme of the conference is "Challenges for Libraries: Chinese American Librarians' Perspectives."

I am calling for presentations that fit this broad theme. Please submit to me an abstract and a brief bio of yourself. The abstract should be no more than 150 words and will be reviewed by the Program Committee. The deadline for submission is March 11, 2006. A decision will be made and announced by March 31, 2006.
