Letter to Honorable Gathorne Hardy M.P., criticizing Dr. Edward Smith's proposals regarding the Workhouses in England. Miss Nightingale, in this letter, sets forth and substantiates certain principles which she thinks are necessary for the reform of Workhouse Infirmaries.
