The Chicago Book Clinic is a nonprofit organization, established in 1936 "to promote the highest standards of craftsmanship in bookmaking and publishing." The Chicago Book Clinic, whose members work in the publishing industry, holds regular meetings, hosts speakers, and encourages the exchange of ideas among its members. It also hosts an annual book show, celebrating finely produced books. The Chicago Book Clinic Records consist of the administrative records of the organization as well as catalogs from the annual book show.
