Instructions for Classroom Observation Form

The Classroom Observation Form is simply a structure in which to record your observations when you serve as a peer reviewer for a colleague. More room is given to description to record concrete examples of both the librarian's and the students' activities during the period. By showing on what you base your evaluation, these descriptions strengthen your assessment of the librarian's teaching and provide useful feedback to the librarian. The smaller "reflections" column is for quick notes about assessment points you may wish to return to when compiling the report.
