• Patron load and associated reports for circwrks
• Batch load fac/staff recs. (pending UI-Integ, Banner) for circwrks
• Include college/dept/curric.codes in patron loads for circwrks/CD
• Patron load enhancements (SSN from KB; Banner Academic history from Banner) for circwrks
• Report of bib records containing "Denkschriften" for Cataloging/Helen Schmierer tbd if needed
• Set up ODBC (Open DataBase Connectivity) to Banner Data Warehouse
• Tigger database with access via web - enter a SSN and get the "patron id" for circwrks

• Patrons with CGU1 Patron Group for Bob Daugherty
• Completed the first part of getting access to Banner/Banner Data Warehouse quiz.
• Webprint and perl script setup on Dolores Barber's new hard drive for Cat/Warren Webb
• Completed (and passed1) Banner Data Warehouse quiz on how to extract data from the EDW
• Access database (overdues, recalls, recall overdues) + printable recall report for circwrks/MC

Ongoing

• Weekly (Sun night) process ILCSO external billing file, reports to web, file to Banner /circwrks
• Monthly - 17 reports are run and put to web for pdq/circwrks

Upcoming Projects

• GAR billing, like SAR billiing (pending UI-Integ, Banner) for circwrks (status: need more info)
• Voyager payments for e-resources by Fund for M.Case (status: need information)
