Lectures and Forums
Lectures and Forums invites all to come hear Francis Kayiwa, Library Systems Coordinator, talk about his recent trip to Nigeria to work with a team of librarians on a grant project. The presentation will take place on Friday, Dec. 16, at 1 p.m. in the Daley Library Electronic Learning Lab (1-330).

Reduced Services Schedule for Holidays
UIC has designated Dec. 28-29 as Reduced Service Days in an effort to reduce energy and operating costs during Fall Intersession. As a result, the Daley Library will be closed Dec. 28-29; however, the Science Library and LHS-Chicago will be open on a reduced-hours schedule.

Time Cards
Supervisors should not be changing any time that has been punched in/out. If it is necessary to make a change on a punched in/out time, please indicate on the time card the reason why you are making the change. Only hand written entries should be corrected. Supervisors should not be changing any punched in/out times to avoid overtime, etc.

Class Schedules
Employees taking classes during the Spring semester should fill out a modified class schedule for review by Library Human Resources and Administration. The form is available by calling 6-7353 or e-mailing Library Human Resources
