Services Provided

The DAC offers the following services:

  • Study design development
  • Protocol review
  • Instrument and data collection design
  • Randomization, random sampling
  • Sample size determination/power analysis
  • Analysis and reporting
  • Genomics-NextGen Data Analysis

The initial consultation with a biostatistician to discuss potential services is free of charge. We have implemented a chargeback system, fees for DAC services may be subsidized, based on funding source. Please contact Andrea Carnegie at acarnegi@uic.edu for details.

DAC Services on Co-authorship

Co-authorship in scientific and scholarly publication should be addressed when you are working with one of the consultants from Design and Analysis Core.  For guidance on when co-authorship is warranted, please see:
