MS CTS Program Requirements Outline

Committee Development Worksheet
Submit this worksheet to Program Coordinator at 312/355-1085 when you have selected a primary mentor, and when any additional mentors/committee members are added.

Semester Plan and Evaluation
Complete this planning document in consultation with your primary mentor and advisor. Submit this form to the Program Coordinator at 312/355-1085 at the end of each semester.

Preliminary Research Question and Significance
Complete this form early in the research process to ensure that the proposed project is appropriate for the MS thesis.

Program Proposal (MS CTS)
Complete the program proposal in consultation with the Program Director, and submit to the Program Coordinator at least twice during the program (initial and final). This document is designed to help ensure that you meet all program requirements.

Thesis Proposal/Detailed Research Plan
Complete this outline of your research project in collaboration with your mentors, and submit to the Program Coordinator for approval.
