Recruitment Tools
Below you will find a list of helpful links and tools that can be readily used by researchers and staff to create recruitment flyers, announcements and ads for study recruitment and enrollment. IMPORTANT: Please remember that all recruitment flyers or tools that will be viewed by any potential research volunteers must be submitted for IRB approval with the initial application or via an amendment and prior to utilization. All recruitment material must also display the IRB stamp.

Recruitment Flyer Templates
Please select the appropriate demographic for your study. You will be able to preview flyers images before downloading an editable Microsoft Word file. Included are standard and pull tab flyers. Logos may be switched out depending on the investigator's affiliated department. These templates were created in conjunction with and approved by the Office of the Vice President for Health Affairs.
