Electronic Visualization Laboratory (EVL)

The EVL is a graduate research laboratory that specializes in advanced visualization and networking technologies. Past projects include the invention of the CAVE virtual reality theater, ImmersaDesk and PARIS, which are also augmented display environments, GeoWall and Varrier, which are high-resolution stereo display systems, LambdaVision and LambdaTable, which are interactive display systems, and SAGE, which is a shared visualization system for use over an advanced extended network.
