Requests for verification of graduation prior to 1994 require additional documentation that can only be provided by the University of Illinois at Chicago's Office of Admissions and Records, which may delay our processing of your request.

Copy of Dean's Letter or Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE)

To request a copy of your Dean's Letter or Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE)be sent to a fellowship program, Contact either Susan Huhndorf, shuhndo@uic.edu, or Kathleen Helling, khelli1@uic.edu. Please include where a copy of your letter is to be sent to.

Note: Copies of letters cannot be sent directly to the graduate.

ERAS Letters of Recommendation (LOR)

Your ERAS Letters of Recommendation, used for your senior year Residency Application processing, cannot be used post graduation for Residency Applications, Fellowships, etc., without the written consent of the letter writer. Letter writers can submit their consent via email to either Susan Huhndorf, shuhndo@uic.edu, or Kathleen Helling, khelli1@uic.edu.

However, it is recommended that you obtain new letters of recommendation post graduation.
