Elevated Subway Train - Chicago Transit Authority (CTA):
The UIC College of Medicine stop is at the Polk St. 'el' station.

From the O'Hare el station board the blue line 54/Cermak train. Ride the blue line train to the Polk St. 'el' station. The Admissions Office is located one block west, at the corner of Polk and Wood Streets.

From the Midway el station board the orange line Loop train. Ride the orange line train to the Clark/Lake subway station. At the Clark/Lake subway station exit the orange line train, enter the State of Illinois building, descend escalator two levels to subway level, board the blue line 54/Cermak train. Ride the blue line train to the Polk St.'el' station. The Admission's Office is located one block west, at the corner of Polk and Wood Streets.

Commuter Train:
From Union Station and North Western Station walk to the Clinton St. subway station located at 500 S. Clinton, the corner of Clinton and Congress Streets. Board and ride the blue line 54/Cermak train to the Polk St. 'el' station. The Admission's Office is located one block west, at the corner of Polk and Wood Streets.

From the Illinois Central Station walk to the Dearborn/Randolph St. subway station located at the corner of Dearborn and Randolph Streets. Board the blue line 54/Cermak subway train. Ride the blue line train to the Polk St. 'el' station. The Admission's Office is located one block west, at the corner of Polk and Wood Streets.

From the LaSalle Street Station walk to the LaSalle Street subway station located at the corner of LaSalle and Congress Streets. Board and ride the blue line 54/Cermak subway train to the Polk St. 'el' station. The Admission's Office is located one block west, at the corner of Polk and Wood Streets.

Car:
From the north: Take the Kennedy Expwy. (90/94) to the Eisenhower Expwy. (290) west-bound, keep right. Exit at Ashland Ave., milemarker 28B; go south on Ashland Ave. to Polk St.; go west on Polk St. to campus.

From the south: Take Dan Ryan Expwy. (90/94). Exit at Roosevelt Rd.; go west on Roosevelt Rd. to Wood St; go north on Wood St. to campus.

From the west: Take the Eisenhower Expwy. (290). Exit at Damen Ave., milemarker 28A; go south on Damen Ave. to Polk St.; go east on Polk St. to campus.

From the east: Go west on Roosevelt Rd. to Wood St; go north on Wood St. to campus.

Parking:
The Paulina Street Parking Structure, 915 S. Paulina St., is located at the corner of Paulina and Taylor Streets. The Admission's Office is located two blocks west and one block north, at the corner of Polk and Wood Streets.

The Wood Street Parking Structure, 1100 S. Wood St., is located 2 block south of Taylor Street. The Admission's Office is located 1 2 blocks north, at the corner of Polk and Wood Streets.
