College Executive Committee Election - Chicago campus
The process for slating Chicago nominations to the College Executive Committee includes soliciting nomination ballots from voting faculty. Faculty eligible to serve on the College Executive Committee are those holding the ranks of assistant professor, associate professor, or professor in the RT, CT, Clinical Discipline, Clinical and Research Tracks.

Please note only one nominations ballot per faculty member will be tallied.
Deadline: The deadline for submission of nominations ballots for the College Executive Committee as well as committee interest forms (see below) is Wednesday, July 16, 2014.
Submission Options: Forms may be sent via email to email@example.com, faxed to the attention of Gillian Coombs at 312-996-9006, or through campus mail to the Office of Faculty Affairs, 117 CMW, M/C 784.
