The College's annual annual faculty meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, August 8, 2014. The location will be announced in mid-July, and a 2nd notice with that information will be sent to all faculty. This meeting will be videoconferenced to each of the regional campuses. (Faculty at sites other than Chicago should check with their regional dean to find out the room location of the videoconference session.)
Related documents for this year's annual faculty meetings will be posted as they become available. Hard copies of these documents will not be sent out by mail but will be provided at the time of the meeting.
Chicago faculty please note:
Voting for the Chicago representatives to the College Executive Committee and the Chicago Committee on Committees will commence in early August via electronic ballot.
The COM Office of Faculty Affairs, Room 117 CMW, will maintain a voting station between the hours of 12:00pm and 4:00pm on August 8th, for use by eligible voting faculty who did not receive or were unable to submit the electronic ballot.. In addition, there will be a voting station directly outside of the meeting location, between the hours of 9:00am and 11:00am on that day. Faculty who have already cast an electronic ballot will not be able to vote in person.
