For faculty being appointed or promoted to the rank of salaried Clinical Associate Professor, Clinical Professor, Adjunct Associate Professor or Adjunct Professor, electronic submission (MS WORD file accompanied by scanned external letters in .pdf format) along with hard copies of the following forms are necessary:

Non-Salaried Appointments and Promotions

Paperwork Deadlines for Non-Salaried Promotions in the Clinical and Adjunct Tracks: February 5, 2010

For faculty being appointed or promoted to the rank of non-salaried Clinical Associate Professor, Clinical Professor, Adjunct Associate Professor or Adjunct Professor, electronic submission (MS Word file accompanied by scanned external letters in .pdf format) along with hard copies of the following forms are necessary:

Deadlines for New Appointments

New appointments at the rank of associate professor or professor in the clinical and adjunct tracks may be submitted at any point in the academic year for review at the next scheduled committee meeting (see CAAP schedule for specific deadlines). The appropriate forms should be selected from the above options, based upon whether or not the candidate will be salaried.
