Health Service Fee: All enrolled students have access to a variety of preventive health care services, prevention education, health promotion and outreach services at the Family Medicine Center located at 2 locations: 722 W. Maxwell Street and in the Outpatient Care Center at the University of Illinois Medical Center at Chicago.

There is no co-payment or charge to the student for listed services provided by the Family Medicine Center under the Student Health Program. All students are assessed a Health Service Fee on their tuition statement to cover services provided under the Student Health Programs, which also includes certain pharmacy benefits and health and wellness services available through the Counseling Center and the Wellness Center . Students may not "opt out" of the Health Service Fee.
