Fall 2004

As of the 2004 fall semester the Mega Life insurance plan will no longer
be offered to students enrolled at University of Illinois at Chicago .

UIC students will be offered supplemental benefit coverage under a
new university sponsored health benefit plan called CampusCare.
Compared to the current plan CampusCare will offer enhanced
benefits, less out-of-pocket expenses and NO PREMIUM INCREASE.

University of Illinois students at the Rockford and Peoria campuses
will also be offered the benefits of the new CampusCare Plan.
