DRIVING FROM THE NORTH: Take I–90/94 S (Kennedy Expressway) to the I–290 (Eisenhower Expressway) westbound and keep to the right. Take the second exit from the Eisenhower Expressway, which is Ashland Avenue. Turn left (south) onto Ashland Avenue and drive five blocks south to Taylor Street. Turn right (west) onto Taylor Street and continue past Wood St. to 1919 W. Taylor St (Applied Health Sciences Building). The building is located on the left (south) side of the street. Turn south (left) into the circle drive and park in the attended lot to the left, Lot C4. Enter the Applied Health Sciences Building and continue to the Family Medicine Residency Office located on the first floor in room 175.

DRIVING FROM THE WEST: Take I–290 (Eisenhower Expressway) eastbound to the Ashland Avenue exit; Turn right (south) onto Ashland Avenue and drive south to Taylor Street. Turn right (west) onto Taylor Street and continue past Wood St. to 1919 W. Taylor St (Applied Health Sciences Building). The building is located on the left (south) side of the street. Turn south (left) into the circle drive and park in the attended lot to the left, Lot C4. Enter the Applied Health Sciences Building and continue to the Family Medicine Residency Office located on the first floor in room 175.

DRIVING FROM THE EAST: Take Roosevelt Road west to Wood Street. From Roosevelt Road go north on Wood Street to Taylor Street and turn left (west). Stay on Taylor St. past Wood St. to 1919 W. DRIVING FROM THE SOUTH: Take I-94 (Dan Ryan Expressway) northbound and exit on Roosevelt Road (1200 South); go west on Roosevelt Road to Wood Street; then go north on Wood Street to Taylor Street and turn left (west). Stay on Taylor St. past Wood St. to 1919 W. Taylor St. Turn left (west) into the circle drive and park in the attended lot to the left, Lot C4.
