Located at 722 W. Maxwell Street and the Outpatient Care Center (OCC), 1801 W. Taylor, these centers serve a diverse population, consisting largely of working-age adults, students and their dependents. They provide an extensive array of services, including sick and wellness visits for children; family planning and pregnancy care; chronic disease management; nutrition and diabetic counseling; STI, HIV, AIDS care and counseling; acute injury and illness care. Residents, attending physicians, famiy nurse practitioners, doctors of pharmacy, and a psychologist collaborate to deliver comprehensive family care. The Centers see over 37,000 patients annually in a state-of-the-art, all electronic facility.
