UIC Family Medicine Interest Group

UIC has an active Family Medicine Interest Group that sponsors workshops and speakers on campus several times a year. Typical events include a post-match discussion with UIC M4's on applying for Family Medicine residencies, phlebotomy workshops and casting workshops in which M3/M4 students are encouraged to teach. Additionally, discussions about primary care scholarships, loans and kinds of family medicine practice opportunities occur periodically.
