
1. ADMISSION APPLICATION
Applying for graduate admission to UIC can be done in one of three ways: (1) complete and submit the on-line application; (2) print a downloadable application from the Graduate College website and mail it in; or (3) request a paper copy of the application from the Graduate College. You may also view the application and instructions on-line.

2. Official Transcripts from all colleges and Universities attended must be sent directly from the issuing school to UIC's Office of Admissions and Records.
3. Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores must be sent directly from Testing service to UIC.
4. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) for applicants whose native language is not English. Scores must be sent directly from testing service to UIC.
