My research interests center on biochemical mechanisms of chemical toxicity. Specific areas of interest include cellular modulation of the cytotoxicity of anti-neoplastic allkylating agents, mechanisms of enzyme induction, particularly of Phase I and Phase II xenobiotic-metabolizing enzymes, and ontogenesis of drug-metabolizing enzymes.
