Lam Lab Research
Research interests in our laboratory focus on the role of platelet adhesive functions on hemostasis and thrombosis. Specifically, we are studying the structure-function
relationship of integrin alphaIIbß3 and the mechanism by which this transmembrane adhesion receptor is attached to the platelet cytoskeleton.
Techniques Employed: 1) Immunochemistry 2) Molecular and Cellular Biology 3) Protein biochemistry.
