The epithelial proliferation is seen as irregular glands, papillary formations or single cells (Figures 1-6) which frequently show nuclear features of malignancy (high nuclear/cytoplasmic ratio, nuclear hyperchromatism, and prominent nucleoli) (Figure 7).
