Late Assessments

The following charges will be assessed when changes are made less than five business days prior to the start of the event unless otherwise stated.

*A completed reservation form must be processed by 12:00 p.m. the day before the event. If processed after 12:00 p.m., the reservation will be assessed a $50 Rush Fee in addition to the cost of the room.

Payment

University Faculty/Staff/Students: Failure to provide payment prior to an event may result in restricted future booking privileges.
Non-University:Failure to provide payment prior to an event may result in cancellation of the event.
