Welcome
to the Office of Budgeting and Program Analysis (BPA) at the
University of Illinois at Chicago. BPA is the principal staff
arm of the Chancellor and Provost in the areas of financial
planning, budget and financial policy analysis, and fiscal
administration. In this capacity, BPA provides analyses of
policies and programs, assists in the determination of campus
priorities and strategies, guides the annual budgetary process,
