The Office of Campus Learning Environment (OCLE) is currently evaluating the feasibility of implementing the following projects during the 2007-2008 academic year:

Classroom Renovation Projects

  1. Conversion of Douglas Hall 100 into two common-use classrooms and Douglas Hall 304 into one common-use classroom.
  2. Addition of multimedia equipment, including an audio-visual podium and ceiling mounted projector, to Taft Hall 204, Taft Hall 208, Science and Engineering South 170, and Lecture Center A1.
  3. Purchase of instructor tables and chairs for common-use classrooms in the Behavioral Sciences Building.
  4. Purchase of student and instructor furniture for Education, Performance Arts and Social Work 2217 and 2219.
  5. Addition of an acoustical ceiling and lights to 5-8 common-use classrooms on the first floor of the Behavioral Science Building.
  6. Renovation of Taft Hall 219, including the addition of multi-media capabilities.

Oasis Projects

  1. Conversion of the rotunda space in Lecture Center C in an Oasis.
