Residence Halls (Housing Information)

You do not need to register with the DRC before applying to campus housing.  As soon as you are admitted to UIC, complete the campus housing application. Housing on campus is limited; the sooner you apply, the better chance you have of obtaining space in the residence hall. The DRC has no control over the waiting list.

At the same time you apply for housing, make an appointment for an intake with the DRC if housing accommodations are needed.

In order to receive accommodations in your room in the residence hall, you do need to register with the DRC as early as possible to ensure that you receive the proper accommodations/room location.

Call the Campus Housing Office at (312) 355-6300 with further questions.
