Americans with Disabilities Act
Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act
Illinois Information Technology Accessibility Act (IITAA) became law in Illinois and was signed by the governor August 2007. It requires the University of Illinois at Chicago (and other Illinois agencies and universities) to ensure that their web sites, systems, and other information technologies are accessible to people with disabilities.
