Hosted by the Office of Faculty Affairs, WISEST (Women in Science & Engineering System Transformation), and FAAC (College of Medicine Faculty Academic Advancement Committee), the workshop included dramatic vignettes and moderated discussion on the role of the Office of Access & Equity, inclusive searches, UIC successes, and more, with a focus on gender. Speakers and moderators included Michael Tanner, Provost; Patricia Gill, Associate Chancellor for Access & Equity; and Mo-Yin Tam, Interim Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs.
