Who Should Use CAS?

Students:

  • Access academic program and degree information.
  • Access course equivalencies between two and three institutions at once.
  • Create an account to maintain a record of courses and grades.
  • Request Planning Guides to determine:
    • How courses will transfer and
    • How courses will apply to academic programs at other institutions.
  • Determine additional courses that can be taken at one institution to fulfill requirements at another institution.
  • Access and view previously generated Planning Guides at a later date.
  • Allows continuous tracking of courses completed at multiple institutions and the transferability of those courses toward degree requirements.

Advisors:

  • Access academic program and degree information.
  • Access current course equivalency information between two and three institutions and enhance the transfer advising process.
  • View Planning Guides generated by Student Member accounts.
  • Create and update Student Member accounts.
  • E-mail registered members on the same server.
