Eligibility:
High academic achievement, well-prepared for proposed Cambridge course of study, and admitted trhough Cambridge through the normal application process; and possess "Leadership potential, social commitment and intellectual ability." No citizenship requirement.
Description: Provides
expenses for studying at Cambridge for 1-4 years. Students
may
pursue a second bachelor's degree, participate in one-year postgraduate
courses, or participate in research leading to a PhD. The Gates-Cambridge
Trust seeks students of exceptional academic achievement and
scholarly
promise for whom study at Cambridge would be particularly appropriate.
Students will need to provide evidence of their ability to
contribute
to their field and their community in the future.
