Eligibility:
Candidates must be current members of People to People International
who have actively participated in PTPI programs. Applicants must
also have at least a 3.0/4.0 GPA and should be international relations
majors. Five (5) awards of $2000 are awarded each year.
Description:
The family of Mr. Joyce C. Hall, founder of Hallmark Cards
Inc., made a gift to People to People International from his estate.
Some of the income from this fund is available for college scholarships
in order to encourage youth participation in international activities.
People to People International is a global network intended to
increase the understanding of other cultures and promote friendships
across borders.
