OSSP Information Sessions
The Office of Special Scholarship Programs offers scholarship information sessions designed around highlighting awards for different disciplines, certain groups and finally, to highlight the nationally-competitive awards we work with students on. Session times vary over a semester. The sessions will cover the process of understanding the requirements of internal and external awards, will highlight upcoming deadlines and discuss the preparation of a strong application.
When sessions are available: OSSP will announce via the listserv and on this page when sessions will be held. Once a session is announced that you want to attend, contact the Office of Special Scholarship Programs at (312) 355-2477 or ssp@uic.edu. If you CANNOT attend a session, contact OSSP to make an individual appointment with Beth Powers, director.
