Eligibility: Must
be a student currently enrolled in an accredited Midwestern college
or university, have good academic standing, and can demonstrate
superior achievement in Spanish studies. Eligibility is limited
to applicants from academic institutions in Illinois, Indiana,
Iowa, Michigan and Wisconsin.
Description: The Spanish
Association of the Midwest offers scholarships of up to $2,000
each to outstanding students who will study Spanish language,
literature, linguistics, history, or other disciplines in the
humanities at an accredited university in Spain during the coming
academic year. This includes academic semester (fall or spring)
or academic year study ONLY.
