Salary Equity Study

As part of the Women in Science and Engineering System Transformation Initiative (WISEST), the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) undertook a salary equity study to determine the nature and source of variations among faculty salaries in the STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) disciplines.  The study, conducted by the Office of Institutional Research, analyzed salary data for fiscal year 2007-2008.
