How to Withdraw from Term
in Banner Student Self Service

Important:  If after registering for classes you determine that you will not be attending UIC you will need to withdraw from the term.  The instructions below do not apply if you need to withdraw from the term after first two weeks(Fall/Spring) first week (Summer). Please contact your college if you need to withdraw from a term once the online request is no longer available.

If you have submitted the Withdraw from Term/Cancel Registration request and wish to attend UIC for the same term, you must be reinstated. Please fill out the UIC Reinstatement Form.
